CCI-LEX is recruiting new instructors to join our small but mighty team!
Cultural Connections Institute-The Learning Exchange (CCI-LEX) is a charitable organization in downtown Edmonton that connects adult newcomers to the community through English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction and cultural exchange.
We are looking for passionate, community-minded ESL/EAL instructors to fill 2 part-time evening positions and to help with general subbing at a variety of days and times.
We are currently looking for 2 part-time evening instructors (6hrs/week) to start as soon as possible in our General ESL/EAL evening program:
- Beginner level, Mondays & Wednesdays, 6p-9p
- Advanced level, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6p-9p
We are also looking for subs for all classes, days, and times (mornings, afternoons, evenings). CCI-LEX offers General ESL for adult learners from Beginner to Advanced levels (Pre-Benchmark to CLB 7), as well as classes for communication skills, writing skills and workplace language.
Terms of Employment: $25/hour; work on-site at CCI-LEX’s accessible downtown office, parking available.
